Pep Rally: Holding up a pack of cigars, Assistant Director of Spirit Programs and Head Cheerleading Coach at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville Shawn Burns speaks with teens about tabacco products during a Union County Prevention Pep Rally at the Boys and Girls Club of El Dorado Teen Center on Tuesday. Burns discussed the dangers of smoking as well as the hidden dangers of e-cigarettes and vaping. Burns informed the audience about the marketing tactics big tobacco companies use to lure young people into a smoker’s lifestyle. The event was presented by Extreme Youth Programs.
