El Dorado Water Utilities has been experiencing network issues with its phone system since Monday, July 8 and customers have been unable to call the main number and into the office. Phones were up temporarily over the past few days; however, phones are down again and changes are being made to the phone system.
We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to get the problem corrected. Credit card payments that customers may have wanted to make over the phone can be made online through the website at www.eldoradowater.com or by coming into the office. If customers need to report a water leak, please call 862-1912 and a plant operator will be able to assist.
