Josh Kee will be the guest speaker when El Dorado Kiwanis Club meets at noon Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church.
Kee serves as the Vice President for Advancement at Southern Arkansas University overseeing Alumni, Development and Foundation. He is a proud SAU alumnus and is currently in his 15th year with the institution. During his time at the University, Kee has seen the creation of the Division of Advancement increasing the collaboration among the areas of alumni, development and foundation. In 2017, the University experienced its most successful fundraising year raising over $5.2 million. Over the past year, Kee joined with board membership model to an all-inclusive structure that greatly broadens the scope of alumni engagement.
Kee is very active in the community though various boards and events such as the magnolia Rotary Club, Magnolia Chamber of Commerce Board, Magnolia Lions Clubs, Leadership Magnolia, United Way Board and Magnolia Blossom Festival. Professionally, Kee served on the CASE IV Board (Council for the Advancement and Support of Education) as the Sponsorship Chair and has served as a CASE faculty member. Kee is married to Bekah and have two children—Shelby and Rhett.
