Flower holiday: Rexayn Tribble, owner of All About Flowers, and her team put together and sent out over 500 bouques of flowers for Valentine's Day this year. She said it's been a good day and good year for them, but the day before Valentine's Day is usually the big day. However, some of the fluxuation orders comes from the day of the week that the holiday lands on, Tribble said, with weekends being slower. Tribble said this year, with the holiday on a Thursday, has been better than even past years when it landed on a Tuesday or Wednesday. She said roses are the most popular flower, which she attributed to marketing around the holiday.
