The office of Norphlet City Hall will be closed Monday in observance of President’s Day. Norphlet water, Entergy and Centerpoint payments can be put in the drop box in Mayor Jim Crotty’s office door.
Normal hours will resume at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
