Dr. Mark Gibbs will be the guest speaker when the Rotary Club meets at noon Monday at Buffet Palace in front of Walmart.
Gibbs, a board-certified general surgeon, received his medical degree from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), Little Rock. He completed his residency at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, and Truman Medical Center, University of Missouri School of Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri.
Gibbs is a diplomate of the American Board of Surgery since February 1987, and member of the American Society for Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery, Arkansas Medical Society and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He joins Dr. Robert Tommey and Dr. Anthony Abraham at South Arkansas Surgical Specialists, Grove Medical Complex, 620 W. Grove St., Suite 201, El Dorado.
