Veolette Pennington, an executive broker at Century 21 United, has been named the 2019 Realtor of the Year by the El Dorado Board of Realtors.
Pennington moved from North Little Rock to El Dorado in 2012 with her husband, Michael. She and Michael have been married for 28 years and have two children, Taylor and Gabrielle. Taylor lives in North Little Rock and Gabrielle will be a junior this year at ASU Jonesboro.
Veolette began working for Lanxess, then Chemtura, and then the El Dorado-Union County Chamber of Commerce. In 2014, on the suggestion of a close friend, she began a career in real estate.
During her time in El Dorado, she’s voluntered with the El Dorado Service League for six years. She’s a member of the Arkansas Women’s Business Center Mistletoe and Spring Market Board Committee, where she’s served for three years. She’s also been a Chamber Ambassador for two years.
Veolette has served on the El Dorado Board of Realtors for three years and is currently president of the board. She received her brokers license in 2018.
