El Dorado's varsity volleyball squad swept Little Rock Fair 25-19, 25-12, 25-17 Thursday night in 5A South play.

Cilicia Aleong led the team with 17 kills and Jordan Vonneuman chipped in with four kills.

Emma Kilcrease added four aces and Shakaia Stubbs led with six blocks.

On Tuesday, El Dorado fell to Hot Springs Lakeside 25-9, 25-12, 25-13.

“They played a tough match and I saw a lot of improvement in every set,” said Coach Elizabeth Kieffer.

Emily Huddleston had five digs while Kilcrease led in assists with three.

McKenzie Tate and Aleong led the team with three kills and Vonneumann-Hudson was next with one kill.

El Dorado's next game is Tuesday, September 4 at Wildcat Arena against Hot Springs, beginning at 4:30 p.m.
