Fresh off of winning the 2A state title, eight members of Junction City’s football team earned All-Conference honors for the 2018 season.
Kevontae Haynes, Jvacye Cook, Semaj Levingston, Blake Wilson, Kyle Kidwell, Jack Smith, Brady Hutcheson and Jamie Carroll all were tabbed as All-Conference selections for the Dragons.
Parkers Chapel, who qualified for the playoffs for the sixth straight season, had three players earn All-Conference honors with Caleb Jacobs, Amari Bell and Ryan Simpson being selected.
Strong had two players earn All-Conference honors with X-Zavier McHenry and LeAndrew Greer getting selected.
Junction City also had two individual honors with Steven Jones being named the 8-2A Coach of the Year, while Dhante Gibson was named as the 8-2A’s Outstanding Back.
