As part of the national day of mourning proclaimed by President Donald J. Trump to honor former President George H.W. Bush, who died Friday at age 94, the U.S. Postal Service will suspend regular mail delivery and retail service on Wednesday.

The Postal Service will provide limited package delivery service to ensure no substantial impact on package delivery operations during the busy holiday season. All Postal Service facilities nationwide will observe the national day of mourning Wednesday.
