CHARLES E. HAY
Minister Charles Earl Hay, 70, of El Dorado passed on Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017, at Ouachita County Medical Center in Camden. He was born Dec. 17, 1946 to Shedric Hay and Rosie Neil Allen Hay.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, Theo Kemp, Suddie Mae Kemp and Annie Cooper; four brothers, Shedrick Hay Jr, John Edward Allen, Lawrence Hay and Alfred Hay.
He is survived by daughters; Chasity Hay of Shreveport, Louisiana, Natashia Joseph of Detroit, Michigan, and Sabrina Hearndon of Las Vegas, Nevada; sons, Derwin Hay, Rockford, Illinois, and Jason Cope of Corpus Christi, Texas; sisters, Mary Neil Curry, Twilla Alford, Brenda Casey, Marsie Pitts, Blondzetta Hay, Patrica Kennedy; Jenny Faye Stigal; brothers, Gavin Hay, John Hay, Terry Malone and Karl Malone.
Memorial services will be held Friday, Sept. 15, 2017 at 5 p.m. at St. James VOF Building with Supt. Herman Hays, officiating. Cremation services provided by Sims Mortuary. Sign guestbook online at www.simsmortuary.com.
