Community clean-up

Members of the El Dorado-Union County Chamber of Commerce’s Union County Leadership Class IX and other El Dorado residents participated in a community clean-up Saturday. They cleaned up roadside trash on a section of Timberlane Drive, between West Hillsboro and Mount Holly Drive, that the class previously adopted with the intention to continue maintaining it after the class is over. ULEAD is an annual class offered by the Chamber, and each year, the class picks a project to help improve the community. (Contributed)
