Don Guthrie of Kernel Mustard's Hot Dogs & Street Corn set up his cart on Washington Avenue, ready to serve from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, along with his daughter-in-law, Olivia. Guthrie said he's an El Dorado native and the cart is the culmination of a long held dream he's had. It's been up and running for two months now and he said it's been amazing so far. Guthrie said he tries to set up his cart on the square every Thursday, but sometimes something comes up that prevents it from happening. Photos by Madeleine Leroux/News-Times
