STRONG – The primary focus of Strong’s practice Wednesday evening was offense.

In a workout that was just over two hours long – other than offense – the ‘Dogs also lifted weights, did agility drills, and worked on form tackling technique. According to coach Jerry Langston, everything functioned without a glitch.
