STRONG - After a chaotic offseason that saw coach Jerry Langston retire, but be brought back after Jay Vines left after just a few months on the job as Strong’s coach, the Bulldogs began going about the task of trying to better their memorable 2007 campaign with their first practice with helmets on Monday.

The Bulldogs spent last week doing conditioning drills, and continued to do so on Monday while also doing work on special teams and offense.
