CAMDEN - On Saturday, the course at the Camden Country Club struck back.
After what appeared to be a regular first round of play in the 61st annual Ouachita Valley Invitational on Friday at the Camden Country Club, players were greeted with an extremely tough course on Saturday, leading to no one shooting par or better. After Clay Sullivan shot a 67 to lead the Championship Flight on Friday, Chris Elia’s 2-over par 73 was the best recorded on Saturday, which was good enough to put him in the top group.
