With a week to go until the start of the Babe Ruth Southwest Regional Baseball Tournament, final preparations for the event are being made, and last-minute details are being worked out.

With seven teams visiting El Dorado, finding host families for the players has been one of the major focal points, and the task of getting all the players housed was done until it was announced that the 16-year-old tournament was going to be held in Fort Smith on the same weekend.
