Monday at the Pine Bluff Regional Park, Smackover and Elkins were locked into a highly entertaining state tournament affair.

With a berth to the championship game up for grabs, both teams competed at a high level.

However, in a contest filled with momentum swings, the Lady Buckaroos were upended 9-4 by the Lady Elks.
