Norphlet defeats Bearden 7-5

NORPHLET - Josh Blackledge hit a two-run homer and Robbie Snow had a three-run triple, but it wasn’t enough, as Bearden scored a pair of runs in the seventh to top the Leopards 7-5 in non-conference baseball action on Thursday.

Wesley Hargett went 2-for-2 at the plate, but took the loss on the mound by tossing an eight-hitter. He had three strikeouts.
