Janice Sawyer, 48, who had originally been charged with first-degree murder in the 2010 stabbing death of her husband, Theo Sawyer Jr., 62, had her charges reduced to second-degree murder and was sentenced Thursday by Circuit Judge Susan Hickey to 15 years in the Arkansas Department of Correction.
