El Dorado Police Chief Ricky Roberts will be the guest speaker when the South Arkansas Landlord’s Association meets at 7 p.m. on Tuesday in the Christian Life Center of the First Baptist Church.

Roberts is a graduate of Rison High School and joined the Pine Bluff Police Department in 1985, serving there for two and a half years. In July 1987, he joined the El Dorado Police Department, was transferred to the Detective Division in 1990 and promoted to sergeant in 1992.
