During the Union County Circuit Court session held Thursday, Judge Hamilton Singleton ordered during a restitution hearing that Brandon Leuck be responsible for the payment of $28,912.94 to victims of a real estate forgery in which he forged a warranty deed on a plot of land on Old Magnolia Highway.

Of the amount declared by Singleton, $19,814 will go to the Arkansas Real Estate Commission, with the balance of $9,098.94 to be paid to the victims.
