Libby Blake, with Families and Children Together, Inc., demonstrates to a group of educators the ‘With A Letter or Two’ part of the ‘I am Moving I am Learning’ program Wednesday afternoon at HealthWorks Fitness Center in El Dorado. During the training, which addresses childhood obesity, teachers from Westwoods, SAU Tech, Strong, Fordyce, Magnolia, El Dorado and Strong learned how to get young children in shape with exercises such as ‘Take That Rope’ and ‘Dance Freeze.’
