The foreclosure sale of the El Dorado Foundry Machine & Supply Co., Inc., was canceled Tuesday morning because of an administrative problem, according to officials.

“Until we get this resolved, we won’t be able to do the sale,” said Jerry Adams, senior vice president of Arkansas Capital Corp., which was slated to conduct the foreclosure sale.

Adams noted that the sale should take place within the next 45 days, with a public notice going out at least 10 days in advance.
