Two people were arrested early Wednesday morning following a hit and run collision that sent three people to the hospital.

Jamarian D. Samuels, 21, of 1002 Virginia, was arrested on felony charges of leaving the scene of an accident with injury and possession of crack cocaine and on misdemeanor charges of fleeing and resisting arrest.

Samuels also received traffic citations for no driver’s license, failure to yield, and unsafe backing.

Greg L. Andrews, 49, of Junction City, was taken into custody on the scene for DWI.
