• Ryan B. Brewster, 24, of Junction City, was arrested Thursday for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. While on routine patrol about 3 a.m., El Dorado police said they saw Brewster walking on North Murphy. Police said Brewster had been carrying a bag, but when they made contact with him, he no longer had the bag. Police said they found the bag on the ground at the corner of Mount Holly Road and Murphy, and some of its contents, a shopping bag containing several smaller bags of marijuana and a box of Ziploc bags, had sp...
