SMACKOVER – Members of the Smackover School Board agreed to have the Mount Holly School buildings and property surveyed and put up for sale after the first of the year.

During the regular monthly meeting of the board Dec. 8, Don Smeltzer, interim superintendent, said the district’s Mount Holly property has been appraised and buildings are beginning to show signs of deterioration due to lack of occupancy, according to minutes of the meeting.
