• An employee of Hurry Back Food Mart No. 4, 3001 N. West Ave., reported Wednesday that a male attempted to pay for gasoline with a counterfeit $50-bill. The employee said when she told the male the bill was bogus, he paid with a legitimate $10-bill and left the business.
