Plans have been finalized for the 2008 Red Ribbon Week in Union County which will take place Oct. 25 – 31.

PRIDE Youth Programs, a service of SHARE Foundation, has a year-round commitment to drug prevention. However, each October during Red Ribbon Week, PRIDE Youth Programs works to raise the awareness of the devastating effect tobacco, alcohol and other drug use has on our community, according to Deb Crawford, executive director of PRIDE Youth Programs.
