Former Arkansas State Representative Judy Seriele Smith will be the keynote speaker for the NAACP – El Dorado Branch Freedom Fund Banquet, scheduled for 6 p.m. Oct. 18 at the St. James Village Outreach Facility, 1304 E. Hillsboro.

The theme of this year’s banquet is adapted from the NAACP’s motto, “If you want to see a difference, let’s make a difference.”
