A hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 4 at the Arkansas Securities Department’s Little Rock office to determine whether Dartmouth Capital, LLC, a Boston, Mass., company through which an untold number of El Dorado residents have purchased Iraqi dinar based on the possibility that the foreign currency would increase in value over time, has violated the Arkansas Uniform Money Services Act and several state codes.
