The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission’s Nature Quilting Class will resume activities at 1:30 p.m. on Monday and will meet the second Monday of each month from September through May at the Arkansas Museum of Natural Resources in Smackover, according to Laura Rogers, AGFC regional educational coordinator.

She said the topic for 2008-2009 is birds and during each class, there will be an environmental education program. Participants will receive patterns for two quilt blocks relative to the program, Rogers said.

Classes are open to the public.
