Inspection leads El Dorado nursing home to receive 16 deficiencies

For the Sunday News EL DORADO – The results of health, quality and staffing inspections at Hillsboro Manor Life Care Center, 1700 E. Hillsboro, have been updated on Medicare’s “Nursing Home Compare” website. The nursing home had a total of 16 health deficiencies, compared to a state average of 11. The national average of such deficiencies in nursing homes is nine, according to the report.
