Idonia Mitchell Trotter, an El Dorado native, has just completed a summer internship in Belize, Central America as a part of a joint degree program between the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service and the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law. Upon completion of her studies in May, she hopes to make a life for her family here in El Dorado.
