• Khamelia Brown reported Thursday that her vehicle was towed from the 900-block of E&B Street without her authorization. Police said they spoke with Michael Brown, of Michael’s Towing and Recovery, 1709 Martin Luther King Blvd., and Brown said a man requested that the vehicle be towed to a local recycling business.
