City Reports:

• Keith Samuel told police Thursday that someone fraudulently withdrew $250 from his bank account.

• Khamelia Brown reported Thursday that her vehicle was towed from the 900-block of E&B Street without her authorization. Police said they spoke with Michael Brown, of Michael’s Towing and Recovery, 1709 Martin Luther King Blvd., and Brown said a man requested that the vehicle be towed to a local recycling business. Brown said when he arrived at the E&B location, he offered the man $100 for the vehicle to re-sell the parts, and the man agreed. Brown said the ...
