El Dorado man sinks $10,000 putt Rickey Rapp accepts a check from Dianne Goodman and Jim Billington of Teeter Honda. Rapp won the $10,000 for making a 50-foot putt during the Summer Shootout. Rapp, an employee of El Dorado Chemical, said it was an exciting time for him, which was compounded by how happy for him all of his friends were. “It was pretty exciting,” Rapp said Friday, the morning after his big win. “I wish everyone could have been there.
