Self-defense class set at HealthWorks



Jim Bennett will be teaching a Women’s Self-Defense Course at HealthWorks Fitness Center Aug. 11,12 and 14. Cost is $30 for members and $40 for non-members.

Each class will be one-hour and will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 11 and 14 and at 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 14.
