Joe M. Langley Jr. was sentenced to five years probation Thursday in Union County Circuit Court after pleading guilty to criminal non-support. Langley reportedly owes more than $11,000 in delinquent child-support payments.

Langley told Circuit Judge Hamilton Singleton that he had fallen behind in his child-support payments and when he was arrested his driver’s license was taken from him. Langley said he could not work without his driver’s license.

Singleton ordered that Langley’s driver’s license be re-issued and that he begin making child-support payments....
