Approximately 35 people interested in starting a small business gathered Tuesday in the Charles H. Murphy Jr. Boardroom of the El Dorado Chamber of Commerce to hear Dr. Michael Thompson offer his views concerning the power of owning a small business.

Thompson is developing the Center of Business Success, which will be located in the old Prescolite building on Industrial Road.
