An allegedly intoxicated El Dorado woman who told police that she had been drinking because she couldn’t find any crack-cocaine was involved in a one-car accident Saturday on Shuler Road.

She was uninjured.

According to the Arkansas State Police, Jeann Morgan, 44, of El Dorado, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, careless operation of a motor vehicle, refusing a breathalyzer and possession of an instrument of crime.
