Continuing its focus on education in 2008, the NAACP-El Dorado Branch will host a youth rally from 1 until 6 p.m. Saturday at the South Arkansas Community College Gymnasium, 300 S. West Ave.

The theme of the rally will be “Pursuing the Promises,” to encourage area students, particularly those in El Dorado Public Schools who can take advantage of the El Dorado Promise college scholarship program, to go to college to pursue their dreams.
