Randolph’s . . . A Taste of the World, 104 E. Cedar Street, may once again be at the center of a controversy as employees of the establishment allege that they have not been paid by Jeff Young and Stan Clark, co-owners of the restaurant.

Mark Levingston, 17, is one of those employees. He was hired as a cook in early July and told that he would be paid $9 per hour. Now, more than three weeks since he began his employment, Levingston claims he is owed $938.
