An application to sell alcohol at Randolph’s . . . A Taste of the World, 104 E. Cedar St., has been denied by the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control board, said ABC official Judy Chwalinski.

Chwalinski said the application was submitted by Stan Clark, who is listed on the business’ city occupation license as the owner, in the name of “Union Square Club.”

Though the business name on the application said Union Square Club rather than Randolph’s, the address given was the same as that of Randolph’s.
