HOT SPRINGS – Two contestants from South Arkansas will be vying for the title of Miss Arkansas Wednesday-July 19 in Hot Springs.

Miss Ouachita River Catherine Raines of Camden and Miss South Arkansas Allison Waldrip of Moro will participate in the pageant, along with 43 other young women. Both the Ouachita River and South Arkansas pageants are based in El Dorado.
