The El Dorado Economic Development Board on Tuesday approved two funding requests – one of which was the largest the board has received so far – that would go toward the development of entrepreneurship, business, and housing projects.

The entrepreneurship task force is working to establish the Center for Business Success in the old Prescolite building on Industrial Road, and the task force asked for $500,000 to get the process started.
