News-Times Staff El Dorado’s Fantastic Fourth began on a run and ended with a bark and a bang at the Union County Fairgrounds. At 7:30 a.m. Friday, a woman pushing a jogging strollers and children jogging in place joined the 75 competitors in the First Financial 5K Run and Funwalk, which began and ended on the Main Street side of the bank.
