Silver Sneakers classes, geared for seniors, is being offered at Champagnolle Landing Senior Center.

The classes are available at no cost and at 10 a.m. Mondays through Fridays, muscular, strength and range of movement courses are taught.

At 9 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, cardio fitness classes are held. For more information, call Shannon Lupo at 862-2230.
