• George L. Tatum, 48, of 117 Clark, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for theft by receiving.

• Larry D. Tate, 47, of 1005 W. Faulkner, was arrested Wednesday for possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said they made contact with Tate in the area of College and Magnolia after they responded to the area on an unrelated complaint.
