The 15th Annual National Senior Health and Fitness Day will be observed locally beginning at 7:30 a.m. today at HealthWorks Fitness Center. Lunch and all events are free to seniors.

Ann Robinson will instruct seniors with arthritis in the HealthWorks pool from 7:30 until 8:15 a.m. Diet, exercise and relaxation for independent living will be presented by Kathy Packard and Rhonda Sayers from 9 until 10 a.m. in the HealthWorks conference room.
