• Alvin L. Golden, 27, of 219 N. Martin Luther King, was arrested Monday for aggravated assault on a family or household member. Police responded to a report of a person with a gun at 1316 W. First, Apt. 9, and upon arrival, they saw Golden inside the residence holding a gun. Police said Golden complied with their commands to drop the weapon, and he threw it on the couch.
